With over 22 years of experience in the energy sector, George has been a key part of SES since its founding in 2007. He has held senior roles at General Electric and Cummins, specializing in power rental distribution.
George is known for his ability to tackle complex operational challenges and drive efficient execution - no matter the terrain, making him essential to SES’s growth in diverse markets. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, he brings a wealth of expertise to lead SES’s operational success.

Rami Hajar is the Finance Director of SES Smart Energy Solutions, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial operations, controllership, and strategic leadership.
Known for streamlining processes and driving enterprise-wide improvements, Rami is passionate about developing teams and fostering collaboration. His expertise is integral to shaping SES’s financial strategy, ensuring compliance and integrity, and supporting its long-term growth.
Rami joined SES in 2024, bringing with him prior experience from senior roles at General Electric, where he oversaw financial reporting across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey, and at Vodatel.

Rabie Naamani is the Commercial Director of SES SES Smart Energy Solutions, with over 22 years of experience driving commercial growth and delivering innovative power solutions across the Middle East and Africa.
He specializes in structuring contracts, optimizing rental and sales models, designing and implementing hybrid and battery energy storage systems with cutting-edge AI and IoT technologies to reduce costs and emissions.
Since joining SES in 2008, Rabie’s expertise has been key in designing and delivering reliable and sustainable power to underserved regions across the Middle East and Africa, contributing significantly to SES’s growth and commitment to cleaner energy solutions. Prior to SES, he held senior roles at GE, Saccal Group, and Siblini. Rabie holds a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Selim Fayad is the General Manager for Africa at SES Smart Energy Solutions, bringing over 30 years of experience in the power industry across the continent.
Since joining SES in 2010, he has played a key role in driving the company’s expansion and ensuring the successful deployment of projects in diverse markets, including Tanzania, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Mali, and Chad.
With a background in engineering management and a track record of leadership roles at Caterpillar and Sakr, Selim is dedicated to delivering agile, reliable energy solutions to meet the unique challenges of the African market.
Regional General Manager for Renewable Energy and Water Technology
Kifah Bou Fakhredeen is the Regional General Manager for Renewable Energy & Water Technology at SES Smart Energy Solutions, bringing over 18 years of experience in conventional power, renewable energy, water treatment, and engineering services.
Prior to joining SES in 2025, Kifah held leadership roles in the energy and water sectors, driving operational excellence and business development initiatives.
He is recognized for his strategic mindset, dedication to innovation and sustainability, and expertise in delivering high-impact solutions that support SES’s vision and accelerate its energy transition and regional growth. With an engineering background, Kifah holds an MBA from the American University of Beirut.

Yasmine Hawwa is the Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at SES Smart Energy Solutions, bringing over 16 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, and corporate responsibility across industries such as technology, government, FMCG, and real estate in the UAE, Lebanon, and the Republic of Congo.
Prior to joining SES in 2024, Yasmine held senior roles at Talabat and led key projects at Omniyat and Publicis in crisis management, stakeholder relations, and reputation building. She is recognized for her expertise in driving sustainability initiatives and managing complex communication strategies. Yasmine holds a BA in Communication and an MA in Enterprise & Management.
